Deal Flow

The number of potential investments that a fund reviews in any given period. Venture capital firms receive hundreds of business plans each month. From among these, a VC firm typically will fund only a small percentage of them, usually less than 0.5%. An organization's deal flow is considered good if it results in enough revenue or equity generating opportunities to keep the organization running.
